A few youth from our Youth Group and from St. John’s joined to carry the Grand Marshall banner in the Fenton 4th of July parade in honor of our retired pastors, Rev. Dale Swihart Jr. and Fr. David Harvey.

In addition, our church entered a float with a big red, white and blue birthday cake to celebrate the 4th of July AND our church’s upcoming 175th anniversary!  Folks dressed in “period” costumes passed out candy; others carried sings that showed various events and missions we offer or participate in.

It was a beautiful day to celebrate 2 highly respected spiritual leaders in our community and our country’s independence!
