Tri-County Christmas In Action performed significant home repairs to 7 homes of low-income or handicapped seniors in the Linden/Fenton area during April 2014.  Twelve volunteers from our church worked with many other volunteers on Saturday, April 26, at a house on Main Street in Fenton Township.  Our team constructed a deck and stairs on the side of the home (so that the homeowner could get her mail safely), installed a new kitchen sink, installed a new bathroom walk-in shower, vanity and toilet, painted the outside of the home and did a huge amount of yard clean-up.  Other volunteers at the house painted the outside of the home, did a huge amount of yard clean-up, installed a new kitchen floor, installed new outside lights, installed additional inside lights, and repaired the front deck and steps.  The homeowner who is deaf and legally blind was very appreciative!
