Volunteers from our church went to the Shelter of Flint 5 times during April and May of 2021 to renovate a very cute and well loved playhouse.  Initial work involved replacing several damaged boards.  Then the roof shingles were replaced and the playhouse was painted with 2 coats of paint.  Finally, the window openings were glazed with Lexan plastic, the entrance had a new plywood covering and the floor was stained.  Our volunteers thought this was a very worthwhile project and enjoyed our time together.
