Our church’s team “Presbyterians with a Purpose” again helped raise funds to fight cancer in this year’s Relay for Life in Fenton.  We walked in memory of 49 people who lost their fight with cancer.  But we also walked in celebration of 30 people who have survived cancer!  Almost everyone knows someone whose life has been affected by this dreadful disease.  Our 24 team members raised over $9500 so far this year; we hope to raise over $10,000 when all of our items are sold.  We are helping to find a cure for the many forms of cancer!  We want to thank our team and all of our supporters including our four sponsors:  Fenton First Presbyterian Church, Fenton Big Boy, Fenton Hotel and Linden Companion Animal Hospital.
