Here are some pics of our canoeing adventure on the Huron River on June 26.

We travelled about 10 miles, and even portaged the canoes!

Our meditation for the day was from the “Trees” Nooma video. ” On both sides of the river was the tree of life bearing 12 kinds of fruit, producing its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree are for healing the nations.” Revelation 22:2 (HCSB)  Rob Bell says, “Followers of Jesus are people who are committed to partnering with God to make this world, the world that we live in, the kind of place that God originally intended it to be.”    While enjoying the beauty of God’s creation, we all had the opportunity to reflect on the many ways in which we can be and are disciples!
