A Kitchen Health Department Orientation will be held Sunday, April 14, at approximately noon (after coffee hour).  The session will cover the Genesee County Health Department rules that the church is obligated to follow in order to avoid being cited by the county.  Because of our renovation and changes in the law, we are no longer “grandfathered”, and must abide by all Health Department regulations.

Attendance at one of these orientation sessions is mandatory for members who are intending to work in the church kitchen for events, coffee hour, funeral dinners, etc.  Especially all coffee hour team captains should plan to attend.  The session will take approximately one hour.
