God sometimes has plans for us that we least expect. Saul persecuted Christians – he tried to destroy them and the church because he did not believe in God. But God had other ideas, and brought to Saul a change of heart. The turning point in his life began on the road to Damascus. He allowed God to open his heart and change the whole focus of his life. We, too, should relinquish our wills and open our hearts to God. This rotation runs January 10 – February 7 during the 11am worship service.
The memory verse is: Acts 9:15 The Lord replied, “Go! This man is the agent I have chosen to carry my name before the Gentiles, kings, and Israelites.”
